By purchasing from ThawKit you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors).

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. "Compare at" prices reflect the typical retail price of comparable products.

Product use

Products must be used as described in their instructions. Electrical products should not be left unattended for extended periods and must be kept away from water unless rated for it.

Warranty

Products are covered by our 30-day return policy and, where stated on the product page, a replacement warranty for defects.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThawKit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
